What We Look For
Our work sits at the intersection of industrial operations, mathematical modeling, and executive decision support. The problems we solve require people who can build a discrete-event simulation, interpret its output under uncertainty, and present a defensible recommendation to a board — sometimes in the same week.
We are not building a large firm. We are building a precise one. That means we hire slowly and value intellectual honesty, delivery accountability, and the ability to disagree with a client's assumptions when the data requires it.
How We Work
Engagements are expert-led from initiation through delivery. There are no junior teams executing senior thinking. Work is meaningful, visible, and directly tied to decisions that move capital.
We work with mid-market and enterprise distribution, manufacturing, and logistics operators — primarily in North America. Remote-first with client travel as engagements require.
